update driver does not work

I have installed Beta 2 (Build 5384, 64 bit) on a Athlon 64 X2 4400+, 2 GB RAM, Geforce 6800 GS, and since I have installed the newest Nvidia-Drivers (88.61, 64bit edition) it is not possible to update any driver from the device manager. When I click the "Update Driver" button or select "Update Driver Software" in the context menu, nothing happens ...
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Sorry for bothering you, it works now again after I used the Update button in the toolbar - I do not know why ...
